why arn't I getting paints

Ok,Another question.I'm level 26 and the whole time i've been playing I havnt gotten one paint chip all ive gotten is museum cards that doesnt really do me any good. so why am I not getting paint?

You get a paint for each 30 cars you buy

In the US and EU versions of the game, it mistakenly tells you that you are only getting Museum Cards. But if you check your paints inventory, you should notice new color paints in the amount of how many Museum Cards you received.
