Why can i only sell certain premiums?

I've got over 260 cars in my garage now and i've never really had to sell any - until now. The black R8 LMS car just showed up in the UCD and i was 1 million short - so i culled my garage for it. What quickly became apparent (and i'd never been in this situation until now) was that i couldn't sell a LOT of the premium cars i'd bought, like my Enzo or my Xanavi Nismo Z 06.
I already new i couldn't sell prize cars, but why not just normal stuff i've bought with my hard earned cash?
In fact, looking deeper it's not just premiums. I recently also bought Nissan R390 GT1 Road Car 98 from the UCD. Why can't i now sell it again if i want to?

Is it just the 'exotics'? Like i can't resell my Takata Dome NSX standard.

You can't sell expensive cars, the most amount of money from selling a car is the F40, so I guess cars under 500,000cr can be sold.
 
We should get a system for online auctioning:idea:
 
It is ridiculous that we can't sell most of the cars we own.
 
Yup, the one thing forza has that makes it just as good at GT if not better is the fact that there is an economy in it.
