Why can we only buy OCD cars once?

As title, I`ve just bought a Mobil1 NSX `01 to race with, but would also like one to keep in 0/0/0 condition.

WITHOUT TRADING OR GRINDING TICKETS, why do we have to have to wait until it shows up in the OCD again?

You can buy multiples of the same car in the NCD, why not in the OCD?

Because it functions in the same way as the UCD.
 
If that car shows up again the next time they refresh the OCD I'm sure you'll be able to purchase a second copy.
 
Because, in real life, the dealer can't spawn another car just after someone purchased a used one..

yes or have a friend buy it and send it to you. OR you can trade for mine
 
It represents a used car dealership.
So if you buy a car from it is sold out.

You'll have to wait until there is another one traded in.
:D
 
If you delete your game data and re-install it you can buy all the OCD cars again.
