I am in my redbull car and when I try to change into most of my cars I cant do anything with them when i click X on them nothing happens so I press Triangle and the mini pop up screen comes but i still cant select anything from there why is this?

none are being shared.

Also when I go to Arcademode I Cant race at all so I cant do my lap time in the skyline or race my friends i can pick everything up to track once I select a track it goes back to the main menu

Ive deleted all gamedata twice before and it only fixed my online because before i couldnt even go online. n I dont have any DLC but i did redeem some black car or something.

Please help

Try borrowing a car of someone who has one shared. It's a suggestion, I have no idea if it will work.
