Why cant i use my lamborghini murcielago superveloce?

Im having a problem changing my car to use my superveloce. Yes i did purchase the car and it is in my garage but for some reason the only options i can choose is to demo, view description, and add to favorites. It wont let me change into the car. Any solutions to this problem?
 
My brother has the same problem with his C2 Corvette, and there's a blue circle beside the car in the vehicle selection in garage.
 
Blue circle next to car = Car is 'registered' ONLINE (share with friends)
Green circle next to car = You're in that car NOW
Yellow and black circle next to car = This car is in your favourites

I think..... Bob's on the rampage at the moment, can't check, but I'm sure that's what those circles mean, if someone can confirm that'd be great.

weird thing, when the network went down it keep the 3 bobs i have set, stuck in lala land with the rest. But it took all my share cars off. So it set them offline on its own!? Also no cars in my favs anymore! hmmm!
 
At least it's only 3 drivers... All 6 of mine are stuck online... I've been wanting to do that last 24h endurance race, but can't.
 
You might have put the car online for people to see and when the network comes back on you'll be able to take it off. That happened to all my B-Spec driver, there online and it won't let me use them

Strange, all the cars I was sharing are currently unavailable. Which is a bugger because someone told me you can win the historic cup in the 69 camaro RM, which is one of my shared cars.

PS, if I talk about PSN still being offline, will this thread get locked?
