Why cant the guys that make Action Replay do this?

When you put the disc in the machine it tells you its ready???

Doesn't make any sense to me. The amount of times I have to reset the machine and start again with the Action Replay disc is stupid.

I have that problem with all my games, it's a waste of $50.
