I was looking for an unmodded Suzuki gsxr/4 concept for the new TT, I got 2 offers of 0/0/0 at the same time so I decided to take both.one for racing and one for collecting.
when I looked to see if they were both 0/0/0 I just glance at stats (HP,weight and PP) with out going into look at the car. seeing the stats were different I looked to see which one ripped me off (if one was more or less hp I assumed one was used) and both cars are infact 0/0/0.
How is this possible?

Maybe one was from the OCD which breaks them in already I think.

Possible, I never heard of it, but that's not to say it's not true.

one is 167 HP, 98lb/ft and 486 PP
other is 172 HP, 101lb/ft and 491 PP

i know the ones you get new need a break in and the ones you get from tickets do not. thats probably why.

well I guess it's confirmed. Thanks!

Darn it. now I need to find another one because I have an oddity

1 from a ticket and will need breaking in.
1 from OCD and allready broken in even though they are 0.0.0. These used to be cars with mileage but PD changed them all to 0.0.0 some time ago hence broken in.

Wrong, New cars from tickets have to be broken in, maybe your confused with a car that has been traded from an OCD purchase and not driven by previous owner you traded of.

Maybe one was from the OCD which breaks them in already I think.

This ^^^^

Good to know! thanks for the answers guys!

It's a common Glitch.. Check your 0/0/0 muscle cars, I'm sure many show different HP's and even PP..

Mine do...

Y is every 1. So concerned with 0/0/0 cars?

Why is everyone so concerned with 0/0/0 cars?

It means the car is fresh and its never been touched before.

ooops, sorry mark i said that a little wrong the NCD needs breaking in the OCD even tho .0.0.0 dont need breaking in and ticket cars need breaking in. my bad. i had some beers and got it switched, but the premise was what i was trying to tell the OP.

The newer one needs to be broken in to fully produce its power, but too many trial runs will let the car reduce its horsepower since the petrol gets old putting you in need for oil change.
