Why do racing tyres feel so weird on road cars? Anyone else feeling the same?

This is something I've noticed in the following months. Racing tyres, at least for me feel less stable and can provide unpredictable lose of stability, making the driving less enjoyable. Of course they provide more grip, but also much less stability. Even when you change the tyres for racing ones, the stats of stability decrease drastically.

What I've noticed though, is that some cars with higher downforce like S2000 and S-FR racing concept feel alright with them. Maybe some other cars like GT40, or hypercars might feel ok as well, I haven't tried it on them yet. But other cars just feel terrible. Anyone else feeling the same? Also, when I join some N class lobbies and see racing tyres as default, I immediately leave :D

I've noticed that too. I was in a lobby recently where everyone ran the F-Type Jag (not the race car) and when we switched to RS tires I found it almost uncontrollable. Everyone else loved it, and ran away from me. That GT 40 is bad on any slicks but hard.
