But the X2014 is faster around Track(acording to the "info" you got to read)
Plus like Outeke said: It was made easier to drive.
Except I can achieve better lap times in my X2011 than in an X2014. If you want less power, why not just use a power limiter?+1 its the perfect balance between speed and handling

I wasn't moaning. I was just wanting to understand the reason behind it.Or you could just stop moaning and use your X2011 - there, problem solved.

That's not much of a reason to force the power to be lower. If power is to be lowered, it should be by limiter. There is no ideal balance anyway, and a good driver could technically use only as much power as is needed at any given time. Many people won't do that unless they have to (PP limitation), and therefore never know what the best balance is. Ego tells them the best balance is either braking, or less throttle, not less power.

Yes.Um, no. Forgive me, but have you ever driven a race car in real life?
Which, unless you're literally stressing the chassis past its material limits will vary. Not that GT6 is anything like real life, but every chassis has its limitation.
Cost, reliability, ease of use, there are many possible reasons.Do a little research on Ayrton Senna and the development of the NSX. The original HP was higher (same with the S2000 for that matter, and a 10,000 rpm redline), but it was lowered. Now, why would they do that?
The car with more power can do exactly what the car with less power can do, but can also go faster. The driver does not and often will not use 100% power all the time. The driver doesn't even need to be involved when computers are involved (as in the Ultimate Aero which limits power in the first few gears). It's not about the power, or the handling, it's about the balance between the two.
