I notice that all of the on-line events have "start" and "finish" dates...

The current ones finish at 5am on th 10th April.. What happens then?

Does this mean that we will constantly (approx every 2 weeks) get new 'events'...

What I dont understand is why? Why does an event 'finish'? Is it so that the records reset or something like that?

When the events finnishes no longer becomes available and is replaced by new online events. At least thats what happened with the JPN version, so im assuming it will be the same for the UK version

New events, yes.

In fact, in the Japanese game, there have been events lasting only 10 minutes. :o

Yeah thats right events have an end date, then a new event takes it's place with a new criteria, ie new track ect. Same system as PGR3 works very well and makes sure theres constantly a new set of events to master role on the Suzuka long event! we may even see some endurance events?

This IS NOT the way to have online racing. The developer should not be in control of what track/car you have to race! However I understand PD may be doing this to work out all the bugs, so it makes sense. The full game should not include this in anyway except for tournaments. Other than that when we get our voice chat and private lobbies the host should be able to pick track and car class, leaving the car selection up to the players, unless its a one make race.:)
