He doesn't tolerate stupidity very well, and that tends to make him unpopular with those who either are stupid or who wish to act stupidly.
Well, if he were other people, that's what he'd say neon_duke's best quality was.

Actually, some people say I argue very well, so yeah, that's what I'll use.

Yep.

I think the word your looking for is debate,.. and yeah, this is exactly why we like you,.. you entertain.

I've been told I'm cute and smart by a few people. Proving the latter attribute is my understanding that those that thought the former were messed up.

No, actually, the word that was used was argue. And no, they meant I argue well, not entertain. Apparently you missed the concept of "What you think other people like about you."

Nah,.. just felt it was the right moment for a cheap shot.

But since you brought it up,... I think you epitomize the typical male stereotype.

Apparently, you mistook me for someone who cares what you think. I reassure you, dumbass, I do not.
I find that people who insist on repeating this kind of thing actually do care quite deeply. Otherwise they wouldn't find it so necessary to emphasize. They simply wouldn't care, instead of making sure everybody knows they don't care.

I’m going to have to go with objectivity on this one. I think that if people really sat down and thought for a looooong time about what makes me awesome, they would realize that it is my ability to see things objectively.

But if I didn't explain to him that I didn't care, it wouldn't make for a very good argument. And since it has been said by a few that arguing is a talent of mine, I figure I should stick with what I'm good at.

I want to say objectivity. If that means cutting through the crap and assesing benefit/detriment raios without being dilluded by emotional bias, then that's what I'm sticking with, even though it pisses a lot of people off. Too bad for them.

I think that my best quality would be my abilty to keep my mouth shut and not say what I'm thinking in a situation where I know it's best left unsaid (In-laws spring to mind specifically here) I just can't be bothered with the debate it would cause and I'd have to end up justifying my thoughts to someone who doesn't quite understand my way of thinking, it's like talking to a brick wall :banghead: so by keeping my gob shut I am doing everyone (most of all me) a big favour :)

But! don't get me wrong, I'm not frightened to speak my m9ind and if I really have to I will do and then you'd be sorry.

I am very good at stopping threads also :)

I have a tendency to be quite funny, at times.
My favorite quality about myself is that my son's friends think I'm pretty cool for an "old guy". That one's probably the most important to me.

That's a nice triangle. If I were gay, I'd want someone with taste as good as yours.
