Why does GT6 keep playing NON personal bgm?

I keep selecting personal bgm for race, menu, and slide show and it sometimes still plays the default music in the race, but in the menu it seems to be always my music. I don't get it....sometimes it will play my music but it seems random. I have restarted the game multiple times and redid the settings with multiple restarts but no help.....this has been going on for a while :(

I sometimes get that as well. My presumption is the game just plays things randomly. I would suggest the way to fix this would be to go to the menu which lists the in-built music tracks (replays or whatever it is called, listed on the left of the main menu under garage and then go to music) and delete them all. Not sure what else as I haven't been concerned or irritated enough to explore it further yet

I will try that....the default "rock and roll" music I hate so much I have to quit the race and restart in hopes of my music playing.
 
Yeah, its much worse in GT6 than in GT5. And the 'shuffle' is often reset to off. (Not that I mind listening to the whole back catalogue of Pearl Jam in alphabetical order....)

Had the same problem, i was ready 2 break everything i could reach! You have 2 go and delete the default playlist, then u will never hear that race wrecking music again.
