Why does my Google chrome scroll bar look weird?

Okay, a bit dramatic creating a thread for this! I'm certain it isn't the normal scroll bar though and its wreaking havoc with my OCD.

Does anyone have suggestions, on how to change it to the default one. :)

I have included an image of what it currently looks like.

I've had that happen before. Try switching Google Chrome skins, and then changing it back. Also, you can try re-installing Chrome. I got rid of Chrome without fixing that issue. I'm better off with Opera right now..
