Why is the Jaguar XFR 2010 standard?

If gran turismo 5 came out in 2010 then any car that was released during 2010 or after should be premium. Not sure if I'm right but shouldn't any car that came out after GT4 be premium since at that point they were working on HD versions of the game like GT5/6 and it wasn't possible to update the previous game?

It was ported from Gran Turismo on the PSP.
