Why is the play time (badly) wrong?

I was looking at my GT5 savedata in the main XMB and when you hover over the GT5 save it shows your car, credits etc but it also shows playtime. My playtime though is 900+ days which can't possibly right. I mean 3 years. Has anyone else experienced this?
 
Days as in the days gone by in GT5. Doesn't reflect on our days
 
They mean in-game time, which is one race per day. Its just how many races you have done
 
I believe that each time you start a race, or a practice it's counted as a day in the game (and the used car dealership gets six "new" cars).
 
mine says 3003 days played :confused:

All are correct. Everytime you see a loading screen for a track or event, that counts as one "day".
 
can someone say if its possible to view acutally the time you PLAYED in real?

For so far i know not
 
Average how many races you do a day and divide the game days by that number?

900 days ... 25 races a day ... 45 real life days?
