Why not block EA from using Ferraris?

Ferraris arent included in nfs because they do not want their cars to be included in illegal street racing and car chases
 
So why are Ferraris in Test Drive Unlimited 2? That has police chases and reckless driving (including limited damage) yet they are present. It's too much of a coincidence that only the NFS franchise is lacking Ferrari.
But to be honest, I'm actually quite glad that we have RUF since now I can compare their performance to Ferrari's top models.

I will be an extremely happy guy when Porsche - especially when the 917K and LH's make it into these games. I was 6 years old and remember seeing the Gulf Oil 917 commercial in '71. I've been in love with these cars ever since. Come on EA, get out of the way and let Porsche get involved with these games. You had your turn!
