Why second-hand standard cars?

This is my idea:

In Dealerships, make two groups in there, Standard cars, Premium cars.

So you can buy brand new standard cars with no mileage on its clock.

But keep Used Car Dealership for people who are looking for bargains.

I prefer to have standard cars with my own miles on its clock.

I'd like to have brand new standard cars please, PD.

BUT... If PD are planning to change standards to premium, then don't even bother!
