...In GT3 are there no Preludes ? Its not a big deal but I like preludes and I found it odd there were none in there. And they had the Camaro, so why didn't they have the Trans Am as well, they're basically the same except Trans Am looks better. Thanks.
 
They are in GT 2.
Maybe they'll bring them back for GT4.

I like the Prelude too. It holds certain heritage to me - it was my first ever car in the GT Series and it went like a beast. :D

Thanks for bringing that to my attention, I'm going to go whinge at PD now. :trouble:
 
Manufacture of the Prelude had been discontinued when GT3 was released.

I missed it from GT1 particularly - it and the Eclipse, in full war trim, could win the top level Gold world championship,

Ahh, another mighty FF warrior! :D

You know what? I only noticed that the Eclipse was FF after I'd bought GT2. ;)

Still, it was one of my favourite cars in GT1.

True. I don't think PD got the car physics right, somehow, because if I remember rightly, that Eclipse probably had more power than a real-life FF car could handle - somewhere around the 430 mark wasn't it?
 
Hey, what is the proper pronounciation of Prelude?
I say Prelood, but some of my friends think it is Prey Lood...it is relevant to the thread topic. :)

Yeah, I say 'Prey Lood' too. I think that's how it's said. Might be a case of where you were brought up - people in WA say 'castle' like 'Caahstle' and people in Vic say 'Cassle'. So you get the idea.
 
hey thank you all for welcoming me and answering my question. But one thing, vat_man said there are no preludes because they were discontinued, but so are Supras, RX7's, Del Sols to name a few, but they're still in there. I know it doesn't really matter but they should have put in the prelude, its way better than garbage accord hahah
