Will GT5 be part of the F1 X-factor?

It describes how Anthony Hamilton (father and former manager of Lewis Hamilton) plans to launch a global X-Factor style hunt for racing drivers of the future with the possibility of an F1 seat in 2014.

Now this all sounds slightly familiar, possibly similar to the GT Academy, so I was wondering, do you think GT5 might play a part in this? There are initial plans to select drivers from online times, GT5 is as good as any...

Well driving an F1 car is totally different from driving a normal car, so I'm guessing it wont be virtual but actually physical racing in go karts etc..
So no, I don't think so unfortunately.
