Will Gt5 have a livery editor? What do you think of it?

Well guys, as in topic i want to discuss some about a livery editor. I bet it has already been discussed quite a few times already, but I'll bring it up again. As you all might know Forza has it, but the question is. Does gt5? What would you think about one? I almost only have positive things to say about the livery editor in Forza.

So, has anyone heard anything about it?
What cars would you make?

My first car would probably be the Skyline r32 gt-r ATTKD. Forza's version of the Skyline is off, but I know the gt5 won't be. As you can understand, im a Forza painter , but I just love the gt series. That's why I brought this up.

And even though 99% of the liveries in other games are horrible, I look forward to it.
