Will the Network Adaptor come in the middleeast?

yo im new here and all and i think that PS2z kick ass but i jsut have a problem see i think that PS2 on-line rox!! and i love in the middeleast (which sux btw) and i was jus wonderin...will the PS2 network adaptor come out there? cause like all i everwanted was 2 getta network adaptor and if i dont honet 2 god ill kill my self lol..

n e way plz plz tell me and by the way if ti does come out will it work on dial up?
