Will there be an open-beta after the closed-beta?

Sorry if this already had been asked or answered by other people, I'm on a slow portable browser.

The title says it pretty much. I'm jusr eager to get a chance to play the game. Do you think the less fortunate people who weren't chosen will have a chance to play GT Sport before the full release?

We've not heard anything regarding an open BETA after the cancellation of the scheduled one. Who knows? This is a good question.
