Possibly, they're more likely than Ferrari's making it into GT4.

There are some quotes from the creator/producer of the game(Yamauchi) in this thread that indicate Lamborghinis are definitley in the game and that they are trying to get Ferraris:

I was thinking....since EA is making NFS Underground which has no exotics do you think they have given up all those liscenses? Ive heard countless articles/threads on forums talking about saying goodbye to exotics and i thought that this possibly might be the end of NFS games having exotic cars allowing other REAL racing games to use them.
