Will this work with U.S. product?

I found one of these for a good deal, and was going to pick it up but I think its a Euro edition PSP, will all U.S. movies and Games work on the Euro PSP? If not I will just grab a silver PSP U.S. bundle.

PSP Games are not region locked, but /SOME/ PSN apps are, and all UMD movies are.
