So I have the regular version of GT5. Some of the stealth and chromeline cars look really great but I don't have codes for them. Would it be possible for me to go to Gamestop, buy the Signature edition of GT5, use the codes and then return it? Seems easy but almost sure there would be something that won't let it work...
 
Good luck returning it once the codes are scratched off, but your theory is correct.
 
Once opened, you will get about 2/3 or less of what you paid for it.Would cheaper to buy the codes off ebay or amazon.
