Will this work?

I have a DVD recorder with inputs for another DVD player or video game console.Can i plug my PS2 into the DVD recorder and set it to record while i play GT3.If it will work it would make really high quality videos without paying for a capture card and modding your Playstation.

I dont see why it wouldnt. You are putting a signal into it which is all it is recording basically. Give it a try is all i can say, cant hurt to try. Just make sure if it does work that you compress it to post it on a site for people to watch or it will prob exceed the size limit or be very slow to load up.

You can also do it with a VCR, So it should work, I made a 4 1/2 Hour Video with all my GT replays!

yeah but you can't put a VCR into the computer, i don't have a DVD Recorder and i'm too poor to afford one

about the same here, to poor to buy a capture card but I really would like to make a drift vid of me drifting and screwing up
