Will we be able to export replays in an actual video file like the back cover of the case says?

Dear Mr. Yamuachi:

The back cover of the Gran Turismo 6 game case says, "GAMEPLAY RECORDING & UPLOAD" in the top right corner of features. Does this mean that we will be able to upload straight to, let's say, YouTube? or will the replay exporting finally be made into an actual video file, playable on a PC?

To add... Kaz, I don't care if the rendering time is the problem with this. I'll happily let the PS3 crunch out a video file for HOURS overnight or while I'm at work. I am patient enough to wait for it. Just please give us the option?
