Windows Not Detecting Installed Programs on 2nd Hard Disk

I recently did a fresh install of windows xp on my OCZ Onyx SSD, which I use as a boot drive. My second hard drive, a WD Caviar Blu 500GB already had all the programs I use. When I went into the add or remove programs list in XP, it doesn't show any of the programs installed on my second hard disk. How do I make Windows recognize the programs installed on the second hard drive?
 
Reinstall them. All the registry entries for these programs would have been on the system drive. Now that they are gone the programs are useless.
