So, some of you may know that I have been having problems with my Load Cell. I might have figured out the problem, and it involves a wire.

There is three wires connected to the Load Cell, that connect to a PCB, that eventually goes through another set of wires that connects to the main PCB. When I first got my Clubsports, I was carrying them over to set them up, and I accidentally touched the wire, and pulled it away from the glue. Thankfully though, the wire wasn't cut, just detached from the glue.

Yesterday I was inspecting the Load Cell, and I found that the Black, white and red wire covering had been cut, yet the gold wiring inside was still connected.

I wouldn't know if this would cause the load cell to fail, so I'm asking you guys before I go and buy a new Load Cell. Thanks!

Why do you always have to make a new thread to ask something the more so that all the questions are situated to the same products.

Easier thing to do is to use a multimeter to make sure that all those wires are really ok and not intersecting.

And please don't post those crappy pix in yet one more thread.lol

You've jerked them loose, cut them and it doesn't function. How high is the bar of evidence you have to get over before you'll spring for a $15 + sh load cell ?

See if Fanatec will spring for it (more downtime) or just order it (less downtime). Either way you gotta get that nice new set up back online.👍

Good luck,
Scotty
