Just gone through the initial phase of interview process at work and was successful !! I had to do a written exercise on developing myself and team members etc etc .. but got through OK
Tomorrow is the real daddy though - full blown interview, behavioural questions, presentation, role play etc
Im a little but hopefully I'll do OK
So any words of encouragement would be, well quite handy !!
Just walk in there with the upmost confidence and portray that confidence throughout the interview and you'll do fine my friend. . . Good Luck you'll get the position
Here's my tip, and it sounds counterintuitive, but: just go in assuming you'll fail. That takes the pressure off, and without the nervousness, the chances are that your real knowledge and ability will pull you through.
8 behavioural questions and a presentation, it was pretty much what Id expected so I was quite well prepared for it. I was quite happy with how I did and wouldnt change anything if I could do it again. They let us know either tomorrow or day after

still no word. they said on wednesday that it would be thursday but then thursday came and still no decision. They said the standard of the interviews was really high cant have meant mine !!
They said they will have a decision by monday.
Im not too bothered anymore - just bothered that its taking them ages to let us know.
Its strange you should say that cos Ive worked in Motor before but I mainly do house insurance, the team I have got now is a travel only team !! S oIve to learn a new product and then be a team leader for the advisors that know the product better than me !!
On a side not (sods to steal your thunder BigJames), but I got a new job as well recently (go me). Although it's no way near as imppresseive as your man. Actually it's really poor. But it's a job and it pays 4.70 an hour (which you can't really get much better around here and for someone my age). But it's um.....um.......working at Uncle Sams. For those of you who aren't English, then don't worry, but for those of who that are, then I've I know I've bought shame to the community and I appologise.

thanks mate ! Dont worry about your job, even though yuo have brought all UK members of the forum to shame it doesnt matter really as long as you are happy with it !
