WMV to dvd player format?

I have been making quite a few moives for an ict project, and it would really help if i could convert a file made on movie maker, saved in wmv format, into a format that will work on a conventional dvd player. There is an option on movie maker to save it to cd, but no option to put it in dvd format.

Can anyone help?

All of the ones i have tried seem to have a time limit sadly, but i'm working on ways to eveade my movie being cut in half.

Step 1 (Your DVD Player should be able to play VCDs. There's no point encoding to a high-bitrate DVD or SVCD file once MovieMaker's already buggered it up ;) )

Step 2 (Select the input video file. Selecting the video file should set the selected audio file as the same. Depending on what aspect ratio the video was encoded at you might want to change it here. See how it is at the default and if you find it doesn't look right you can change it here)

Steps 3 and 4 should be OK as the default options.

Step 5 (Select the output path here, I believe the default is in the same directory as the input file)
