Woman dies in suspicious circumstances - in my neighbourhood

Hey dudes,

These are dark times! A few streets away from where I live a woman has been killed in her home, at least that's what the papers are reporting. I can confirm that the house is surrounded with police tape and is a hive of activity. I walk my dog past that house on the way to the park.

About a year and a half ago there was a 4-person homicide on a street in my town about a block away from an elementary school in summer, the guy was just let out of jail for about 10 years and when he found out his girlfriend moved on, killed her, her dad, her grandfather, and the neighbor who came over to help after he heard them. It was sad, but they caught him. It really shook up the neighborhood.

A couple years ago, a young man's body was found dumped in the river at the end of the road I live on. I lived in the country, can't really get away from all that stuff no matter where you go.

Not to worry, I've since moved to a giant, crime-ridden city.
