Won Dragon's Trail Races for Book 38, also European Championship, but didn't get the 458 Italia '09 Ferrari

Won Dragon's Trail Races for Book 38, Ferrari Collection; also, as recommended by PS5 Support, I entered and won 1st Place overall in European Championship (three races), but didn't get the 458 Italia '09 Ferrari. Has this bug been reported. More information:
Spec. II, Ver.01.630.e120817bA
Track: Dragon's Trail to win a 458 Italia '09; used the Audi TTS Coupe' '14 to win the three races and the Quick and Custom races.
When I went to Dragon's Trail as instructed by Book 38, there was no mention or instructions there on how to win the 458 italia.
Also, when I went to the Autodrome lago Maggiore to win an F12Berlinetta, there was also no info of any kind that winning races here would lead to winning that Ferrari.

Races? There's only one you need to complete to receive the car - and the only "European Championship" event is in Menu Book 25 and not relevant.

Did you click "Start" on Menu Book 38, and did you complete the Ferrari Circuit Challenge race at Dragon Trail Seaside?

Could you provide screenshots of the above?
 
Pretty sure I followed the steps correctly: started the book, finished the Seaside race, shows completed, but still no car. I’ll upload screenshots in a bit so you can double-check I’m not missing something obvious.

Very much an indicator that you haven't actually clicked "Start" on the book, so to repeat:

I thought that I always clicked START to START a new book, but I did try it again for this BOOK 38, and it did lead to the proper competition races. Mia Culpa, sorry for the wasted bandwidth !!
