Wondering about my Premium account?

I recently bought your offer Holiday Special GTPremium ($19.99 usd) though paypal I don't know if it was accepted or not I didn't receive a message saying it would take seval days to proccess which I know it will, I filled it out Monday December 19,2005 could someone (admin) check to make sure the request was sent in. I would like to know if I'm going to be charged for nothing. (I know the chances are very slim)

I subscribed today and I had it immediately. You probably did something wrong, if you are waiting that long for something that happened immediately for me.
 
What email address did you use to send payment (you can PM me this if you don't want to post it)? Unless you pay with an eCheck, account upgrades should be instantaneous.
 
Nevermind cancel it (if possible from your end) suspend the account indefinitely I want to get the bad taste out of my mouth (my personal experience with the site has not been good mostly my fault) if it can't be undone it will be my gift to the fans of gtp as I feel I can not be one.
 
Wow, I've had some pickles in my time here but I never left! It's your choice though, but it's all part of the forum experience.
 
Ah yes, you did pay with an eCheck and the funds have not cleared yet. As soon as they do it will be upgraded. Unfortunately, there are no refunds offered for GTPremium subscriptions, but I do hope that you will change your mind and stay here with us. :)
 
Ok it's been several days now, the checking account says the money has gone through yet no premium account? Will I still get the discount from before december 25, 2005??

You can change your username right now. But changing your name to something totally different each month to the point where people don't recognize you is highly discouraged.

I was just looking through the Premium Page, and it still has the special offer ($19.99 available till 25th Dec). I take it this has now expired. What is the standard price for a year?

Well, not sure if the issue is up in the air anymore, but I hope you stick around gt_sileighty_1. Ya, I guess you did get off to a bit of a rocky start in the drift forum, and I gave you a hard time in one thread. But you've since turned your act around and have more than redeemed yourself in my books.

Obviously I don't know all that went on with your account when you registered for premium - but I recall it did take some time for me to recieve my premium registration as well. I just sluffed it off on the whole Canadian thing and waited for things to fall into place. I think the currency exchange took a long time to complete at my bank for some silly reason.

There's a thread in the Premium forum where you ask to change your name. Only the Admins can do it.

Nah it was mostly my fault I should have bit my lip and not Insulted the guy(or you for that matter I'm sorry). From now on I'll try my best to be contructive not criticizing.:)
