At 11:30pm at night though. :odd:
And when i went out before (1:30am to 1:50am - Formula 1 was too boring) it was starting to snow again. :)

Already attached these pics in another topic here but i'll do it again anyway.
If i don't end up going to course tomorrow (which won't happen if it keeps snowing) then i'll take out the bike and go for a ride somewhere (like i did last year) to take some piccies.

It is already as deep as the thickness of a PS2, which is about double what we got last year.

Anywho. It is 2:10am and i (might) have to get up early tomorrow.

I LOVE SNOW!!!!!!!!!!! 👍 👍 :dopey:

Very cool!

Yea, I'm not the biggest fan of snow fall because up in Michigan it is always plentiful.

But I'm glad you got some!

You know you're insane when you begin to use the PS2's thickness as a standard of measurement.

Oh, and snow rules as long as you don't have to shovel it.

I've been posting the following in all the forums i post in so it probably says stuff i've already mentioned in the first post.

We finally get a decent snowfall here (it's twice as much as last year - and last years was the biggest since 1995)!

Started at about 10:30pm last night and when we looked outside at 11:30pm there was snow everywhere (that's what i love about snow - its so quiet).

I found snow more exciting than Formula 1, so i went outside at about 1:30am and when i came back in the F1 had finished.

Then got up at 7:30am to find that all roads south, and north were closed (so effectively we couldn't get to Dunedin as both access roads were closed). I jumped on my bike (you'll see it in one of the pics) and took off to get some pictures before the sun melted all the snow (which it has basically already done :()

I love snow. :)

Getting our snow right now in Michigan. About a 1/4" so far. I dont mind the snow at all even when it is over a foot deep. Yeah 12"or deeper. I just hate the cold! :indiff:

Yeah, I am original from Northern Canada, taking pics of snow to me, would be like taking pics of a black mercedes in L.A.

We also got snow today for the first time in Toronto. I like snow when it's similar to the posted pictures. But in the city, half of it turns to ugly, grey slush, which is about the ugliest, most sloppy substance on the planet. Not good.

But, I was walking outside today when it was raining, windy, and cold (as in nearly snow cold). That was complete suckage. But, the walking was perfectly fine when the snow was falling. I'll take snow over rain any day of the week, especially over freezing rain, that is about the most depressing type of weather there is.

Today we got our first snowfall, pretty heavy then it stopped, then it started freezing rain and it still is and theres a nice coat of ice on all of the roads. Looks very dangerous too.

We just had first snowfall today....been snowing ever since morning. It looked so....DRY and normal out then you come back in five hours the place looks like alaska. Welcome change though, nice change in scenery.

Also gives AE85 driver's a chance to try and drift! :D

I'm gonna go take some pics of this. It's really beutiful out there. We got about 2-3 inches.

Snow???.....whats that?

oh, is it that white stuff you see in movies? :)

Some pictures I took this morning. They're simply Stunning!

Those are some mighty beautiful pics. Makes you me want to go out in the -10 temperatures just to admire the beauty of mother nature.:)

If only it were that cold. It was at about 30F when most of these were taken. The snow began to melt at the end of the excursion.
