"I could care less" - NO! It should be "I couldn't care less", as in "I don't care, and couldn't possibly care any less".
The way cinema announcers say the date - "Finding Nemo; In Cinemas, OCTOBER TEN"... Grrrrr... It's "October the Tenth", or even "the Tenth of October".
Actually, I don't mind the second one too much - it's perfectly valid in America. But it's started creeping into English advertisements now, where it does irk. The first one is just weird though - how come so many people have inverted the meaning of the sentence? HUH?
