Car will not have Engine Aftermarket parts (ex but not limited to any motor any all motor work other then oil and rebuild, N/A tuning, aftermarket turbo/supercharger, all engine parts must be stock)
Tuning that is allowed is transmission, weight, aero, tires, drive train, suspension, and anything else other then motor parts listed above
Drivers are beginners to motor racing

2. Qualifying
Order, Everyone at the same time
Format
Two different qualifying periods
Q1 will 20 min all cars unlimited laps
3. Race
Starting
All Races will begin with a standing start
Tires you used in Q2 will be same tires used for the race
Racers that didn’t make it to the Fast Five get to choose
If intermediates or full wets had to be use in qualifying or for the race, Rule 3 doesn’t ably
Pit Stops
Fuel/tire wear will be adjusted to the length of the race up to normal
If race is below 100Miles/ 160KM race will have higher consumption rate
Tire choice is up to driver
Pit Road is open even during a Safety Car
Flags (if in the game by this point)
Green (track is clear)
Yellow (Track not clear, No Overtaking Allowed
Black (given a penalty, must serve)
SC (Safety car is out ,Follow behind)

5. Stewards Jobs, Responsibilities, and Procedures
Cars are to class specs (see Section 1 for details)
Drivers are to specs
Safe Practice
Safe Qualifying
Safe Racing conditions
Execute orders
Hand out penalties as needed
On Message board tell driver/drivers they are being investigated for incident
Review with other stewards if there is more then one
On Message Board Tell driver the penalty
Driver has 3 laps to serve penalty
* Do Not Need To Do If Game Already Made Them serve a time Penalty*
6. Punishment
Warning
Give up position
Drive-thru
Drive and hold at a save area near pits (will tell everyone before race where that is)
Time penalty
Disqualified
Loss of Points
Remember that it is up to the stewards that your punishment is and steps can skipped depending of incident
7. Appealing punishment
Must send appeal to person in charge
Can be repealed if enough evidence is there
If Appealed will get full points awarded to them

Most races will be usually 200- 300 miles (320-480 KM)
If timed the race will be between 1-3 hours
If Track has Time and/or Weather change it will be used (Weather set to random)
Tracks may be added or removed depending if Polyphonic Digital adds new tracks
9. Points system
One Point for pole
There are two Points systems

*So if you are in GTAM and finish 8th overall but 2nd in your class that means you get 6 points overall and 20 points for your class
