World GT Round 5.

Hello again and welcome to round 5 of the world GT which sees us here in Monte Carlo! The tight twisty streets may prove a problem for some cars but can the drivers counter it and pull through without a scratch.

Can Sukerkin outperform everyone again this weekend in the DB9 and will the other members of UDO keep up with him? only time will tell:D

Arcade mode / Single race / City courses / Cote D Azur

We will be running 14 laps on sports SOFT tyres and thats about all.

All the usual rules, no cheating basically, otherwise i will eat you.

Deadline is midnight on Sunday in your respective territories, results up Monday afternoon.

Oh it's the sun ... phew; that gave me quite a turn I can tell you. I'm not used to seeing that sort of thing being from rainy old Blighty :D.

Right {rummages in the Aston's glove box} ... where're my sunglasses :)?

Sadly, I won't be able to get anything done on this until tomorrow night as I'm off out on a works Xmas 'do' tonight. So that means no DB9 fun :( but plenty of beer and curry action :lol:.
 
I'll have to get it done tonight. Another weekend away beckons me...
 
Ooo your all so lucky, i face at least another 2 and a half weeks of being bored inside.

I can but try, my friend. I shall be starting practice in a few minutes. I'll have a better feel for how I'm going to do then :D. Will it be :) or :eek:? Only track time will tell 👍.
 
I have a feeling that my GT-R will end up in parts after this one......

@Appie17, most do submit a fastest lap but theres no extra points, i suppose i could post the driver who gets the fastest lap though.....:D

Annoyingly I ran this race last night, totally clean. Annoying because when I came to save it, I noticed that the car was stock spec and not -10/-10 like it should be.

So I re-ran it. 100% clean. 0.17s slower overall.

It seems that you can do anything you want to the Aston and it ignores it and carries on as it was before... :D

By what?

My race time? My race time was only 0.17s slower with the "handicapped" car (-10 power, -10 weight) than it was with the standard arcade car (0 power, 0 weight).
