So did a race from the event list with pro difficulty. AWESOME!!!

Much more like it. Now i know i can just get world tour out the way then enjoy the event list for proper racing.

Just if anyone like me was finding the world tour a bit :banghead:

Its possibly the 'worst' part of the game.
 
The difference is that you can apparently adjust the difficulty upwards in event list mode.

Haven't noticed a difference in difficulty between event list and world tour, personally.

World tour has no AI difficulty setting.
Event playlist gives you full control over AI difficulty settings.
Autovista mode also allows for full AI difficulty settings.

I also plan to rip through the career then work on the event playlist. I never finished it in F3 but I really want to in F4.
 
This is good advice.

I Started an Event List series today, set the AI to pro and chose a cae with a PI about 10% lower than the highest A.I. -great fun, proper racing (although the AI do seem to just give up once you pass them), loads more fun than World Tour.
