I know I spelled catch-up wrong, but Ketchup is more fun.

I hate trying to catch-up to the AI on Tokyo when all the cars are F1's. When they draft eachother, its almost impossible to catch them when they hit the straightaway.

Im going to have to say the Test course in the pro GT all stars when your in an F1... the r390 and gt1 just run away from you

Yeah I'm thinking the Test Course for just about anything. There are no breaking zones to push the skill of the driver, therefore no opportunities for a slower car to catch up.

The only chance to catch up on Test Course is having harder tires and winning on pits... it is definently one of the harder ones to catch up on.

I'll agree with posts 2, 3 and 4. Test Course is hard...if you spin out, all the other cars are still going to be fast and they don't crash because they don't have any sharp turns.

yeah, TC... its infuriatingly slow to do. ya sit there with ya eye wide open not blinking and glued to the screen watching your dot creap closer so slow that it doesnt look like u are getting closer at all :)

Seattle. Either way. Maybe it's because I feel I'm not at my best when driving there, or maybe it's because I don't like the track.

Try to maximize exit speed. And overtake them on corners.

It's been well documented that I suffer from a Seattle curse. This course has beaten me in so many different ways. I've yet to find a car that I'm comfortable in on this track. It's usally the launch ramps that throw me, followed by the 45degree corners. In reverse, it's the switch backs followed by the railroad tracks.

I've suffered so many times through this one, that I absolutely loathe running on it.

Im sure this has been talked about before.
In nearly two years, I can't recall a time when it has. Ever thought of doing a search to back up your claim?

i like seattle i find it quite fun.

the hardest course for me to tomato sauce (is australian for ketchup) on is umm... Test course i suppose as on all the other courses it depends on skill and there are very few races where the AI has skill

What makes Test Course hard to catch up in can also make it challenging. I remember one race where I was QUITE underpowered but could keep up with the 3rd place guy as long as I drafted him. But the 1 and 2 cars were quite a ways ahead.

I gained 3rd place coming out of every 2nd turn, and lost it coming out of every second turn. But slowly, exhonorably, me and the AI I was duelling with managed to slingshot ourselves up to a point where I could JUST catch the trailing draft of the 2nd place guy (he was pretty small in the distance).

Then, I started to reel him in, climbing up his draft... With two laps left in the race, I slingshotted past him and picked up the front-running car's draft (again, barely). Once I got on HIS bumper, we traded back and forth for another 2 turns and then tried to whip past him coming out of the final turn towards the finish.

I miscalculated and nudged his back left bumper, and that bled off enough speed that I couldn't complete the pass. (I think I was still driving my 460HP RSI)

I came in a VERY close 2nd, but it was one of the most nail-biting races I've ever been in. Yes, and it was on the Test course.

The worst track all around and especially to catch up on is the T E S T T R A C K ! I dont see what kind of sick peson programs a race to be twenty laps around a looooong circular track anyway. Isnt there an amendement that protects us Americans from such 'Cruel and Unusual Punishment'?:)
