Worth the price?

I was thinking to get Gran Turismo 1 to complete my GT 1-4 collection, so I went to ebay and looked for it. Here's an ad I came across http://cgi.ebay.com/Gran-Turismo-1-...mes?hash=item1c0b4c3a88&_trksid=p4295.c0.m312 Despite it's brand new and old game, do YOU think it's worth 54 bucks?

I'd say yes. GT1 is STILL a great game, even after all these years. And since you're starting a collection, it'll be a crime to not include GT1.

That said, 54 bucks does seem a bit expensive. I'd say search around a bit more and see if you can find a cheaper price.

I agree with Legend. It's worth $54 to find the game that started it all, but certainly you could find it cheaper.

Just checked. Amazon.com has 113 from .48 cents and up.

I passed by Game Stop the other day they had the display for $9.

If it's brand new and you intend not to open it then yes. Otherwise there are plenty of copys of GT1 out there that can be had on the cheap. I got mine for free, I'm sure there are plenty of people out there that don't or wouldn't even bother to play it anymore. Check some garage sales, flea markets, or with friends that have old PSX games, or like said above check a game stop.
