Hey guys, i'm getting a need for a new game and have began thinking about it. I have a sorta craving for a NFS game & have thought about Carbon, just a question or two for those who have it.

1. Is it better than Most Wanted? (I never really got into it)
2. Whats the Live like on it?

I've been thinking about Lost Planet aswell, but i'm not really in a position about downloading the demo so, hows that aswell?

I got it for ps2. It's got basically the same gameplay as most wanted, but better customization. So, yeah. Worth the buy.

in my opinion no... it's almost the same as NFS most wanted but with more varieties of car. the online play is very lame cause you will get loads and loads of lag so you can't really play clean online...
you should rent it first if you want to try it out. I find nfs:mw is better than cabon but maybe it's just me

It's not worth the cash at all, because it's not a true Need for Speed game, but you should get these titles instead:

Forza Motorsport 2
GTR
PGR3
Test Drive Unlimited

Not for $60 or the $70 extra one. I rented it for PS3 and if were to get it I'd get it for Ps3 because of the full DFP support, there are even imagies of the wheel within the game. If you already have the 360 wheel and works fine then that would be your choice but a wheel changes the wy it feels. it adds to the playability.

Basically not worth $60new.

With a name like yours and depending on if you liked the latest Fast and the Furious crap then yeah maybe it's for you. It's go no originality, it's got abysmal handling, the motion blur is idiotic and it's made by EA. On the plus side it has some good cars but I would give it a 0.1/10.

NFS is no longer NFS, NFS HP2 was the last real NFS imo.

Personally, I thought it was just bleh compared to Most Wanted.

Probably average.

Get that instead.

Personally, I'd get both games in the bargain bin. NFS Carbon lasts longer than Lost Planet, but LP is a lot more fun.

Haha, my name came from when i used to game online (it was only gunbound :scared:)+ my love of cars & its just stuck with me since then & i use it when i cant think of anything else.

Thanks for the replys guys, i will see if i can get most wanted now & if i dont like it, i'll exchange it and give Carbon a go. If i dont like THAT then i'll exchange it for Lost Planet.

Also: The first game i got was PGR3 but i played the hell outta that, & i also own Test Drive.
