OK, i'd like to make a vid showcasing GT3's exotic cars(GT-One, R390, XJ220, nal also the mclaren, which i know is in gt4, but i'll throw it in n e way). Now, would the following method work to capture the vid clips:

connect my video camera to my tv, insert a recordable tape into the video camera, get the replay footage ready, start recording on the video camera and run the replay. then, when finished, stop recording and connect the camera to my computer (i have a usb cable that can connect to the camera). then upload the replay/s on to movie maker and make the vid.

now would that work?
