Would yall help a fella out? Racing Wheel Settings

Hey guys, I was wanting some smooth Racing wheel settings (i'm a novice in wheel racing so lower ffb is preffered) (I like ffb but not break a wrist bi*ch mode) lol.
I'll try out a few, settings and see what is up lol. (I usually run lower rotation, neer the 300 range)
