Wow *drools over all the pretty cars in GT2*

I just started playing GT2 and wow! first off the corvettes are very sleek and impressive..But it doesnt make sense why u cant put dirt tires on them....anyone got a hack for that? :P Well anyways not only are the corvettes sweet..so are all the other cars...I must say they did an awesome job on this game.
 
the cars that get dirt tires usually have a history of of rally racing. if you watch the pikes peak hill climb footage from espn 1 or 2 you might notice some mustangs but hardly any, maybe no, corvettes. i'm not sure if you can put dirt tires on mustangs in gt2, but i've heard you can in gt3
 
XCorvetteLoverX, welcome to GTPlanet! There have been so many graphical improvements in GT3 since GT2, and with the Corvette C5-R, I think you would be very impressed with the latest game. :)

The C5-R is the car that ran in the 24 Hours of Le Mans race. Here's a picture below...

There are GameShark codes to force dirt tires on any car. You can also force the cars to enter a rally track, whether they like it or not. The AI has a heck of a time trying to drive the Vector M12 LM at Tahiti Road...sweet revenge for entering the Trial Mtn. enduro!

To bad you can't throw dirt tires on the 1st gen RX-7. They pretty well ruled the rally world until Audi came out with the Quattros...
 
You can never have too much 'Vette!! Why not race on in the dirt? All the rally cars can race in the street. I have'nt tuned it to be very competetive yet, but just put dirt tires on on a '69 camaro.

The Corvettes aren't my fave car in GT2. I like the Viper GT2 more than the 'vettes.

Although, the '67 Stingray Coupe looks pretty cool.
 
The vets in GT2 suck. I was not happy. They have absolutly no handling, the race mods look gay and they sound ****ty. Corvette lover, get GT1, the graphics are better in GT1 but the vettes are worse lol.
 
If you want to get totally off the hook in the dirt forget the Vette. You can put dirt tires on the GT-40. But as wild as it is on the asphalt, Good luck controlling it in the dirt
