Wow, it's been six months already.

It's almost been six months since the Sept 11th. To me, it feels more like 6 weeks. Time itself seems to move so slow. But time has flown by. I can still remember the day it happened. On Saturday I reread the newspaper I had saved from the day after the attacks happened. It's still fresh in my mind and not one day has gone by where I have not remembered what had happened that day.

Tomorrow there will be a remembrance and a memorial ceremony for the attacks from September. I think they are going to unveil the new light memorial that will be a standing ghostly image that can be seen in the night that resembles the World Trade Centers.

I have seen computer images of what it will look like, and it looks magnificent. But I hope this won't stop them from rebuilding the towers.

I take it you watched the 9/11 show too? It had incredible footage, and I still can't believe no one in that fire house was even injured! I think the memorial of lights is a powerful one, but I believe it is only a matter of time before new building(s) go up on that location. The owner of the property says that he simply can't afford not to rebuild something, but we'll just have to see how the rest of the country feels about that...

I watched that show to. Unbelivable the camera footage of the hole timeline. I had no idea that filming was even going on. I'm glad I watched it.

That show was something. The sounds of those bodies hitting the ground is something I'll never forget. Way louder than I would have thought.

yea the footage. It was high quality too like you were there. I didn't know about the rumor of a 3rd plane coming. I would have hated to have to go through that.

And did you see the cars piled up at the end of the show?

Oh, man, you missed a great show. I looked around, but I couldn't find the video for download. But, I might just not be looking in the right place. Here's CBS's site for the show, although they don't offer that much video.
