Don't do it its like a . My friend started playing it a year or two ago and he like revolves his life around when hes going to play it. I know its not just him either. I'm sure not everyone gets addicted but be careful.
People need to stop blaming the game on people being addicted to it. It's their own conscience decision to keep playing and ignore everything else in their life.
unless you are planning to join guilds and be up to date with many events, you will enjoy the game only with playing with people. if you are planning to do whatever u wish, it gets bored after a month. Quests are really linear and every other quest is exactly the same ...
in my opinion i would get Oblivion in your case and download many great mods for it to get more hours out it and you only have to pay one price. all of the mods are free.
