It doesn't look fake. Each doll is different and definitely a Down's case. A lot of trouble for a fake. Who the hell would want one?

It wouldn't be that hard to make fake pictures like that. They don't have real great detail. It's pretty sick though.

I showed it to my wife who's a social worker, and she says they're real and she's seen them before. Apparently kids with Down's Syndome play with them.

Like I said, I realy don't know what to think.It almost seems like a good idea but then it seems disrespectful,but all the dolls dont't look the same so its not really stereotyping.really all they are doing is prorating a minority, and from what I can tell they are doing it in a postive mannor.
