**** YOU.

Lol, just kidding. Meh, i dont care, il be getting one next month but i aint going to Currys again.
Do they not have a trade in policy? Or did you buy some kind of warranty?

Il be getting a full refund on it, it has a 12 day garuntee for currys and a 1 year from sony, but in all honesty i need my ps2 back i cant live without it, and a broken ps2 isnt much good so il leave psp for a month before i get a new one.

Remember kids: don't swim with your PSPs!

Just kidding. I'd hope that's not what messed up your PSP. But the lasers are easy to get wet. High humidity ratios can cause it to fog as well as rapid temperature changes. In either case, just leave it open in a dry area (and dust free preferably) and let it air out.

A lesson for us all.

Wow, I'm shocked that happened. :(

Now this is a good reson why you should keep your warranty on it and not install homebrewed stuff, because if that happened outside the Curry's 12 days guarantee, you'd be in big trouble.

Unless you'll find someone who'll fix it, then you'd have to pay instead of a free replacement from Sony.

My psp started having trouble reading RR and Spiderrman 2 movie. I started to fear my psp was braking. But after playing my other 2 games with no problems at all i discoverd it wasnt my psp at, but the two games. RR and Spiderman are kept in the middle sleeve of the case i have, some how the UMDs got squished. So I have to push the disc from the bottom to push the top plastic part up a half a mm. After i did that the games didnt make a funny sound and not loading properly. I just have to push em every now and then to play them without the horrbile noise.

I asked what the store would do when I put homebrew on, the guy said that Sony won't see it's downgraded as long as you delete the games and stuff from your Memorystick. I asked how he knew that, and he told me he got some new PSP's when Sony recieved the downgraded PSP's..
