I've got a U.S. playstation2 (NTSC). I cannot find a place to buy any of the USB devices that many people here talk about. I just want to be able to take my saved replays, etc. and put them on a PC. I've been Googling for hours...the only thing I come up with is product line discontinued, or a PAL version. What's going on? Are there any devices like this available?
I've seen in a couple of forums people talking about going pick one up at Best Buy. I haven't yet gone to my local Best Buy, but their website doesn't know what an x-port, max drive, ar max, or shark-port is.

Have you searched the GT3 forums as well. I believe there were some threads in there with similar questions. May be old info but there may be some tips in there.

Do you have Electronics Boutique over there ? Any dedicated games stores or computer stores who also sell PS2 equipment should have them or know about them.

There's a GameStop, I think I'll stop by there tomorrow before work and see if they have something.

I found one at the EB in my redneck mountain town, so I don't think they should be too hard to find. If your GameStop doesn't have one, you can check here.
